Every caregiver is an employee of Ally Home Care & Medical Staffing.
To help ensure the safety and well being of our clients, we perform rigourous criminal background checks on every potential employee ensuring that your loved one is in safe and caring hands.
We take every measure to verify that each Ally employee best represents our belief that compassion and premium care is administered at all times.
We cover each caregiver with general liability and workers' compensation insurance and every one of our caregivers are bonded and carry a current Home Care Aide registration number.

Yes. We are in full compliance with the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act of 2016.
This law was enacted to promote consumer protection for elderly and disabled individuals who hire private aides to come into their homes and provide assistance with activities of daily living.

We can provide services within two hours from the time of your request.

We take every measure to ensure compatibility with the client receiving care. However, if you feel that your caregiver isn't a perfect match we will find a replacement immediately.
